How to read LoongBuy QC photos before you ship

Published July 2, 2026 · ~3 min read

QC photos are your one chance to catch a problem while the item is still in China and cheap to fix. LoongBuy takes a free standard set for every item, but they only help if you actually read them. Here's a fast, category-by-category checklist.

Before you open the photos

Have your order open next to them. You're checking the item against what you ordered — colour, size, quantity — not against a perfect studio shot.

Shoes (about six photos)

  • Size label — does it match the size you ordered, in CM?
  • Both sides & heel — look for glue marks, uneven stitching or crooked logos.
  • Box & accessories — laces, extras and any inserts present.

Apparel (about four photos)

  • Size tag — confirm it's the size on your order.
  • Front & back — print alignment, colour and any stains or pulls.
  • Folded shot — check the full set is there for multi-piece orders.

Bags, watches & small items (about three photos)

  • Hardware, zips and clasps in focus; accessories included.
  • Fragile items (glasses, watches) should carry a "fragile" note for packing.
What the photos can't tell you. QC doesn't verify brand authenticity and doesn't fully test electronics or optical specs. If those matter, factor in the uncertainty before you buy.
What this means for you. Spend two minutes per item: match size and quantity, scan for obvious defects, and raise an issue in the app before submitting the parcel. Want more angles? Extra photos are a cheap value-added service (or redeemable with points).
