LoongBuy is a shopping agent for Taobao, 1688 and Weidian. It buys items on your behalf inside China, receives them at its warehouse, takes QC photos, then combines and ships them to your country. This guide is independent and helps you learn the workflow; always confirm account details, fees and policies in the official LoongBuy app.

A spreadsheet (like W2CSpreadsheet.com) is only for discovering products and getting the original store link. You still place the order, pay, review QC and ship inside LoongBuy. Finds and checkout are two separate steps.

LoongBuy advertises a new-user "Newbie Pack" shown as a $300 coupon bundle, plus the code LOONG for 15% off international shipping. These are promotional offers that can change, so read the exact terms and expiry inside the app before you rely on them.

You earn points from actions like registering (a one-time bonus), daily check-in, paying international shipping, and sharing your order for review. Points can be redeemed for a shipping discount (a small share of a parcel's shipping) or turned into coupons. Points expire after about a year, so use them.

Your membership tier is based on growth value, which you earn mainly by paying international shipping and service fees on completed parcels over a rolling 12 months. Higher tiers unlock larger shipping discounts (up to around 10%), a higher points multiplier, monthly coupons and free parcel rehearsals. Confirm current thresholds in the app.

Yes — LoongBuy has an affiliate program with tiers (Brass up to Gem) that can pay a percentage of a referred user's international shipping, a small per-user bounty, and a product commission. Ordering through your own link does not earn a commission.

QC checks style, colour, size/spec, quantity and obvious exterior condition, and takes several photos (roughly six for shoes, four for apparel, three for most other items) plus a short video. QC cannot confirm brand authenticity and does not fully test electronics or optical specs. Reinforced packing or extra photos are paid value-added services.

Free insurance is automatic and pays a set amount per kilogram (higher for air than for sea/rail) plus a shipping refund if a parcel is lost. Paid insurance raises the payout toward the item value. Insurance will not pay out for wrong address details, customer-caused damage, undeclared dangerous goods, or parcels already delivered.

Rehearsal is an optional paid preview where the warehouse simulates packing to estimate your parcel's weight, size and shipping cost before you commit. If you then ship that parcel, the rehearsal fee is credited to your shipping; if you don't, it isn't refunded.

LoongBuy offers a free 5-day no-reason return window after an item reaches its warehouse, so if the colour or size is wrong you can send it back without a return handling fee. Check the QC photos first and raise the return before you pay for international shipping.

Storage is free for about 90 days from arrival and can be extended to a total of around 180 days on a paid basis, with reminders before the deadline. After that, unshipped items can be declared abandoned and moved to clearance — so plan your parcels within the free window to keep costs down.

Some goods can never ship (batteries on their own, power banks over the limit, lighters, aerosols, most liquids in bulk, weapons, and similar), and some are sensitive and only ship on special routes or at your own risk. Use the Can I Ship It? page before you buy to avoid seized or stuck parcels.
