Dear Valued Customers,@everyone
According to the latest EU low-value import parcel regulations, effective July 1, 2026, the European Union will abolish the customs duty exemption for B2C low-value imported parcels with a declared value of €150 or less and impose a temporary fixed customs duty on such shipments.
I. Key Policy Changes
Starting from July 1, 2026, B2C parcels imported into the European Union from non-EU countries with a declared value of €150 or less will no longer be eligible for the previous customs duty exemption.
Under the new regulation, a temporary fixed customs duty of €3 per declared product category or customs declaration line will be charged. In most cases, the duty will be assessed based on different HS code classifications.
II. Customs Duty Collection Rules
Parcels with a Single HS Code
If all items within a parcel fall under a single HS code classification, a temporary customs duty of €3 per parcel will be charged.
Parcels with Multiple HS Codes
If a parcel contains products classified under multiple HS codes, the customs duty will be calculated cumulatively based on the number of declared product categories or declaration lines.
III. LoongBuy's Response and Fee Adjustment
To comply with the new EU customs requirements and ensure smooth customs clearance, LoongBuy will implement the following adjustment effective July 1, 2026:
